VEPALABS is seeking a motivated Technical Support Officer to provide hands-on support, training and technical expertise to veterinary clinics using our point-of-care diagnostic analysers and equipment. This is a field-based role requiring regular travel across your region, with remote and onsite support.

You will diagnose issues, perform quality control testing, train staff and manage service visits, while delivering excellent customer service and building robust client relationships.
