About the Role

As an Insurance Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with insurance builders, assessors, and trade partners while coordinating replacement garage door solutions for customers.

Your role will include visiting customer premises to assess garage door damage, preparing replacement recommendations, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from quote through to installation. You will also assist with overflow retail quotation enquiries during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and strengthen B2B relationships within the insurance sector




- Conduct onsite inspections to assess damaged garage doors
- Recommend suitable replacement solutions and prepare quotations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient job completion
- Handle incoming retail quote enquiries as required
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Maintain accurate records and reporting

About You

- Previous experience in sales, insurance, building, construction, or trade services preferred
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Comfortable visiting customer sites and working independently
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks
- Professional presentation and customer-first attitude
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence required
