IT Support Technician

What You'll Do

- Provide Help Desk support to users across the business
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues
- Support Windows desktops, servers and network infrastructure
- Assist with system upgrades and IT projects
- Deliver excellent customer service and technical support

About You

- IT qualification and/or industry certifications
- Minimum 4 years' IT support experience
- Strong Windows Desktop, Server and Network Administration skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Current C Class Driver's Licence
