Position : Java Developer

Location: Melbourne

Job Type: 12 Months Contract Role

Essential Functions of The Job

We are looking for Java Developer for a contract of 6 months role based out of Melbourne

Qualifications Basic

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required from an accredited institution.

Skills and Responsibilities

- Development Experience - Java(11+), Springboot

- Banking/ Financial Services

- Java (11+), Spring Boot, Spring Data or similar frameworks

- Strong expertise in Development, minimum 6-9 Years' experience.

- You will bring skills in programming languages such as Java (11+)

- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Data or similar frameworks

- Experience with deploying containers (e.g. Docker)

- Experience with Cloud Services (e.g. Azure, Google Cloud)





- Experience with continuous integration/delivery, and tooling such as Git/GitHub, Bamboo/Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, NPM/Yarn, Kubernetes/OpenShift

- Knowledge &

experience in site reliability engineering / platform engineering practices

- Knowledge &

experience with monitoring capabilities.

- Knowledge and experience with non-relational databases like MongoDB

- Knowledge of AGILE tools like Jira, Confluence

- Experience in Agile delivery, development and operations processes

Scrum Works, Scrum Master is an advantage.

- Good communication, written and presentation skills paired with valuable analytical approach to problem solving
