You've built the trade skills. Now it's time to build your career. Get off the tools and learn all aspects of Site Management with one of Sydney's leading commercial builders.

You'll work alongside experienced Site Managers, gradually taking on more responsibility before progressing to running projects yourself.

What You'll Learn

- Managing subcontractors
- Programming and planning
- WHS, inductions and toolbox talks
- Quality control
- Site setup, deliveries and permits
- Working with clients and Project Managers
- Running a project from start to finish

You'll learn at your own pace and, as your experience develops, progress into a Foreman role running smaller projects yourself.

What You Need

- Carpentry trade qualification
- Cert IV or Diploma in Building highly regarded
- Strong communication skills
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable references
