Land & Water Technology is a growing Western Australian supplier of pumps, irrigation, filtration and water management solutions. We service both trade and retail customers nationwide through our Malaga store and expanding e-commerce platform.

We are currently looking for two new team members to join our growing Malaga operation across two separate full-time positions:

- Storeperson / Warehouse
- Customer Sales & Service

These are two separate roles and we are looking to employ one person for each position. We are open to applicants from retail, trade, warehouse, customer service or similar backgrounds who demonstrate initiative, reliability and a strong willingness to learn.

Position 1 – Storeperson / Warehouse

This is a practical and hands-on position supporting the day-to-day operation of our warehouse, stock control and order fulfilment.

Responsibilities include

- Picking and packing customer and online orders
- Receiving and checking incoming stock
- Unloading and putting away supplier deliveries
- Preparing orders for freight, courier collection and customer pickup
- Maintaining accurate and organised stock locations
- Assisting with stocktakes and inventory control
- Loading and unloading customer vehicles where required
- Supporting online order fulfilment
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe
- Assisting the sales team with stock availability and order preparation
- General warehouse and store duties as required

This role involves regular manual handling and would suit someone who enjoys practical work, staying organised and working as part of a small team.

Skills & Experience





We are open to applicants with or without direct industry experience. The most important qualities are reliability, work ethic and willingness to learn.

Ideal attributes include

- Previous warehouse, storeperson or logistics experience advantageous
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically capable of regular manual handling
- Basic computer skills
- WA Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
- Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
- Full working rights in Australia

Full product and system training will be provided to the right candidate.

Position 2 – Customer Sales & Service

This is a varied customer-focused position supporting both our in-store and online operations. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with practical products, helping customers solve problems and building long-term knowledge within a specialist industry.

Responsibilities include

- Assisting customers in-store and over the phone with product selection
- Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email
- Processing sales and orders using Shopify POS
- Preparing quotations and supporting trade account customers
- Following up customer enquiries and quotations
- Supporting online order processing and customer service
- Maintaining strong customer relationships and encouraging repeat business
- Assisting with updating and maintaining product listings online
- Adding new products, pricing, specifications and images to Shopify
- Assisting with website merchandising and product presentation




- Supporting marketing and promotional activities
- Liaising with suppliers regarding pricing, products and availability
- Working closely with warehouse staff to ensure orders are processed accurately

As your product knowledge develops, you will assist customers with selecting pumps, irrigation equipment, filtration products and other water management solutions.

Skills & Experience

We are open to a broad range of backgrounds. Previous pump, irrigation, plumbing, hardware or trade industry experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

Ideal attributes include

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confidence speaking with customers in-store and over the phone
- Good computer skills and confidence learning new systems
- Shopify or POS experience advantageous but not required
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, with Excel knowledge helpful
- Valuable attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries and priorities
- Willingness to learn technical products
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- WA Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
- Full working rights in Australia
