We are looking for a confident, outgoing and organised person to join our growing private investment business on the Gold Coast.

This is a junior role working closely with our Directors and Investor Relations team across investor enquiries, appointment setting, follow-up and executive support.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

- Calling and following up new investor enquiries
- Building rapport with prospective investors and booking meetings for our Senior Capital Raiser
- Managing CRM notes, follow-ups and appointments
- Coordinating NDAs, documents and information requests
- Supporting the Director with calendars, meetings and day-to-day administration
- Assisting with the business marketing (linkedin/investor mailouts etc) and business development activities

This is not a financial advice or investment sales role. You will not be expected to recommend, present or close investments. Your role is to engage prospective investors, understand their enquiry, keep the process moving and connect them with the senior Investor Relations team.

Experience in sales, recruitment, property, customer service, administration or professional services would be helpful, but is not essential. Most importantly, we're looking for someone with personality, initiative and a genuine ability to connect with people.

The Opportunity

You will work directly with experienced people across investment, Investor Relations and business operations, with the opportunity to develop into a broader Investor Relations, Business Development or Executive Support role over time.

This would suit someone early in their career who wants exposure to a fast-moving investment business and the opportunity to grow with the team.

Gold Coast office | Full Time | Monday to Friday
