What You’ll Be Doing:

- Providing top-notch customer service to property owners and tenants
- Identifying, reporting,



and following up on property maintenance issues
- Managing tenant move-ins
- Managing routine property inspections and ensuring compliance
- Assisting with behind-the-scenes administrative tasks to keep everything running smoothly
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain property standards

What We’re Looking For:

- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and people skills
- A knack for staying organized and problem-solving on the go
- A valid driver’s license (you’ll be out and about sometimes)
- A QLD Real Estate Certificate/ License (or willingness to obtain within 3 months)
