About the Role

This role will manage building works projects across residential properties, from maintenance and repairs to upgrades.

Ideally, you will have a trade background and knowledge of building inspections, defects, and construction.

This role is fully office based in Parramatta.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple residential maintenance, repairs and upgrade projects ensuring risks are mitigated.
- Communicate and work closely with colleagues, customers, family, friends, internal and external service providers and provide your expert advice on building and construction matters, as necessary.
- Work with occupational therapists to implement upgrades to residential properties for disabilities.
- Manage workload with competing demands to ensure favourable outcomes for all our customers.
- Administration support across projects; project tracking notes, invoicing, work orders, ect.

About You





- Experience in construction and understanding/interpreting to provide advice on residential building plans and specifications.
- Ability to multitask and manage various projects (office based)
- Computer and systems savvy
- Tertiary qualifications or recent experience in construction / project management and capacity to interpret and provide advice on building plans and specifications.
- Robust understanding of Australian building standards and the National Construction Code
