You'll work alongside experienced Site Managers and learn how to run projects from start to finish.

What You'll Learn

- Managing subcontractors
- Programming and planning
- WHS and site safety
- Quality control
- Site setup and logistics




- Reading and coordinating drawings
- Working with clients and Project Managers
- Taking a project through to completion

You'll gradually take on more responsibility before progressing to running smaller projects yourself.

What You Need

- Carpentry trade qualification
- Cert IV or Diploma in Building highly regarded
- Strong communication skills
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable references
