About the role The Junior warehouse all rounder is a hands-on role based at our roastery in Fairfield, Victoria. You will be responsible for preparing, dispatching and delivering coffee orders to Seven Seeds flagship stores, wholesale accounts and online customers. You will also support warehouse operations across other functions at the roastery, including assisting our roasting and brewing production activities and maintaining a clean, protected and organised warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver coffee and provide product information in line with Seven Seeds quality and customer service standards
- Provide operational assistance in the brewing and roasting areas as required, such as supporting beverage production, production roasting needs and inventory movement
- Organise and complete deliveries to Seven Seeds flagship stores and wholesale customers
- Pack coffee, pick and fulfil orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist the Dispatch Manager and warehouse team with loading, unloading and general dispatch duties
- Maintain all dispatch vehicles and dispatch areas in a clean, organised and presentable condition
- Follow all relevant road rules, safe-driving practices and company procedures




- Represent Seven Seeds professionally in all interactions with customers, couriers and colleagues
- Build knowledge of Seven Seeds products, quality standards, customer service expectations and workplace procedures
- Complete cleaning duties in accordance with established rosters and warehouse standards

About you

- Positive, can-do attitude with a genuine willingness to help wherever needed across dispatch, warehouse, brewing and roasting operations
- Strong team player who communicates openly, supports colleagues and contributes to a friendly, collaborative work environment
- Reliable, punctual and organised, with a consistent approach to attendance and timekeeping
- Able to understand and follow oral and written instructions, and comfortable asking questions or seeking clarification when needed
- Detail-oriented and careful when handling orders, stock and equipment, with pride in doing things properly
- Committed to workplace health and safety, quality standards and representing Seven Seeds professionally in all interactions
- Previous experience in food service, transport, warehousing or logistics is welcome but not essential; a strong work ethic and positive attitude are most important
