We’re looking for a reliable and energetic Kitchen Hand to join our kitchen team at Hardware Société.

This is a hands-on role supporting our chefs and keeping the kitchen running smoothly during busy breakfast and brunch service. You’ll play an important part in maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen while helping with food preparation.

What you’ll be doing

- Washing dishes, cookware and kitchen equipment
- Keeping the kitchen, dishwashing area and workstations clean and organised
- Assisting chefs with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks
- Preparing ingredients including washing, peeling, chopping and portioning
- Helping with deliveries, stock rotation and storage
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy breakfast and brunch services
- Completing general kitchen duties as required
