Experienced Underground Service Crew Operators required for a hard rock mine site in North West QLD

Supporting a large-scale underground operation, you'll be part of a high-performing team responsible for keeping critical mine services running safely and efficiently across site.

Your new role

We are seeking experienced Underground Service Crew Operators to join the underground development team on a rotating 8/6, 7/7 day and night shift roster. In this physically demanding role, you'll play a vital part in supporting underground operations through:

- Installation and maintenance of mine services throughout the operation
- Ventilation installation and maintenance
- General underground labouring duties
- Offsiding underground machinery and equipment
- Assisting development crews with day-to-day underground activities
- Ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently in a challenging underground setting





This is a hands-on role suited to candidates who thrive in physically demanding underground environments.

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous experience in an Underground Service Crew position within a hard rock mining environment
- Experience installing and maintaining underground services and ventilation
- Ability to perform physically demanding manual tasks for extended periods
- Strong safety focus and commitment to following site procedures
- Current manual driver's licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Reliable work ethic and a strong team-first attitude
