About the Role

We are seeking an Accountant with robust payroll experience to support payroll operations and ensure compliance with Australian payroll, taxation, and superannuation requirements.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Research, analyse, and resolve payroll, tax, and superannuation matters for local and expatriate employees.
n
- Perform payroll calculations and reviews to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
n
- Recommend and support the implementation of changes relating to taxation, payroll legislation, and regulatory requirements.
n
- Maintain the integrity of payroll systems and data in line with legislation, company policies, and mandatory reporting requirements.
n
- Contribute to payroll-related projects as required.
n
- Act as a key contact for the coordination of payroll audits.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Strong experience in a payroll-related role.
n
- Sound understanding of Australian payroll regulations and requirements.
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
