The Role:

Business Services Manager/Senior Manager

- Manage a portfolio of clients
- Review work, mentor, and manage a team of 7 accountants
- Managing client's relationships and assisting them with business and tax advisory
- Work closely with the Partners on the operations and strategic direction of the firm
- Engage in strategic project work and business structuring




- Be a part of the leadership group and partner training program

The candidate:

- 5+years experience in a similar role
- Strong technical knowledge in tax compliance, financial reporting, and client relationship management.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Leadership experience with an ability to guide, develop, and inspire a team
