Job Description

McAuley MacKillop Family Services in Melton/Ballarat region seeks Residential Support Workers to assist women and children experiencing family violence, homelessness, and crisis. The role focuses on trauma-informed care, safety, and secure day-to-day living in supported accommodation.

You'll report to the Team Leader, work across part-time ongoing and casual opportunities, and collaborate with external services to deliver holistic support while maintaining professional boundaries.
