AO3 Customer Service Officer

Location: Southport & Ashmore, Gold Coast

Contract: 6 October 2026 – 12 February 2027

Rate: $48 per hour + Super

About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Officers to join a leading education provider on the Gold Coast. Working across the Southport and Ashmore campuses, you will be the first point of contact for students and prospective students, providing professional support across face-to-face, phone, email and online channels. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role suited to individuals who enjoy helping people, solving problems and delivering a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels.
- Assist with student enquiries, enrolments and payment processing.
- Accurately maintain customer records and documentation.
- Respond to enquiries from a diverse customer base.
- Identify customer needs and guide them to appropriate services and courses.
- Contribute to team performance, service targets and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

You will bring:

- Strong customer service experience in a face-to-face, contact centre or high-volume service environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Accurate data entry and administrative skills.
- Strong computer literacy,



including Microsoft Office, CRM systems and databases.
- A professional, personable and solutions-focused approach.
- The ability to remain calm and qualified when managing challenging customer interactions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Flexibility to work across front counter, phone and processing functions.

Highly Regarded Experience within

- Education or training
- Banking or financial services
- Travel or hospitality
- High-volume customer service environments

Additional Information

The campuses will be closed from 23 December 2026 to 3 January 2027, and no work will be required during this period.
