Full time or Casual | Residential Construction | Mackay Region

ARW Homes Mackay is looking for a hardworking, reliable Labourer to join our team. This is a great chance for someone looking to build a long-term career in the construction industry with a supportive and respected local builder.

About the Role

You will work alongside our trades and supervisors, assisting with day-to-day tasks on residential building sites. Your duties may include:

- General labouring and site clean-up
- Assisting carpenters and other trades
- Loading/unloading materials
- Basic use of hand and power tools
- Maintaining a safe and tidy workspace

What We’re Looking For

- Strong work ethic, and positive can-do attitude
- Can display initiative - do something that needs to be done
- Reliability - Will get the job done without follow-up




- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
- Driver’s licence and own transport (preferred)
- White Card (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
- Show common sense and maintain a safe workplace
