This role involves working alongside builders, carpenters and subcontractors on high-end, architecturally designed residential builds and renovations on Sydney's Northern Beaches and surrounding areas. You'll be doing wide-ranging work rather than the same thing every day, with attention to detail and a good standard of workmanship important.
Key responsibilities
- Natural stonework, stone cladding and general masonry
- Hard and soft landscaping
- Garden preparation, planting and turfing
- Paving, edging and outdoor finishing works
- Basic carpentry and construction works
- Site establishment, maintenance and presentation
- Assisting site teams with general building works where required
About you
- Previous experience in landscaping and/or stonework
- Experience with natural stone and/or stone cladding highly regarded
- Good practical skills and confidence using tools
- Ability to work independently once given direction
- Strong work ethic and an eye for detail
- Reliable, easy-going approach and willingness to help wherever needed
- Driver's licence preferred
- White Card required
