LANDSCAPE TEAM LEADER

Experienced Hardscaper / Horticulturist

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Landscape Team Leader to join our growing landscaping team.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who knows the landscaping industry, takes pride in delivering quality work and can confidently lead a team on site.

About the Role

As Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for running landscaping jobs from day to day, organising your team, maintaining high standards and helping us deliver great results for our clients.

We’re looking for someone who can bring experience, leadership and ideas to the company — not just someone who turns up and follows instructions.

What We’re Looking For

You must be an experienced hardscaper and/or horticulturist with solid practical landscaping knowledge.

Ideally, you will have:

- Strong hardscaping or horticultural experience
- Experience leading or supervising a landscaping team
- Excellent knowledge of landscape construction and/or garden installation
- The ability to read plans, organise materials and run jobs efficiently
- Good communication and problem-solving skills




- High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- A robust work ethic and a reliable, professional attitude
- A current driver’s licence
