The Role

We are looking for an Junior Trainee or experienced and motivated Small to Large Format Printer to join our Production team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience in large format digital printing, graphics, signage or a similar production environment. You will be responsible for producing high-quality work while working closely with the team to meet production schedules and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Key Operation printing equipment the SwissQ Large Format FlatBed
- Trained Durst, Canon Colorado HP and EPSON Printers
- Prepare, manage and monitor print jobs
- Ensure high standards of print quality, colour and accuracy
- Work with a range of print media and substrates
- Carry out routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance
- Assist with troubleshooting print and production issues




- Work to production schedules and meet delivery deadlines
- Assist with finishing, laminating, mounting and other production tasks when required
- Assist with Pick and Pack as required
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised workspace

You Will Have

- Experience with SwissQ, Durst, EFI Vutek, Canon Colorado, HP and Epson Printers
- Experience using Printing RIP Software e.g Caldera and Onyx or similar
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliability, punctuality and flexibility
- Basic computer skills and problem solving
- Basic print finishing, laminating, mounting or router cutting would be an advantage.
