This opportunity is for a lash artist with a minimum of 3 years’ full-time lash extension experience, someone who has moved beyond the basics, understands that exceptional retention starts with exceptional application, and takes immense pride in every single set that leaves their treatment bed.

Essential experience and skills

- Minimum 3 years’ full-time experience as a lash extension specialist.
- Strong experience in classic, hybrid and volume lash extensions.
- Confident customising lash maps and styling based on eye shape, natural lash condition, lifestyle and client goals.




- High-level isolation, direction, attachment and weight-selection skills.
- A proven understanding of lash retention and troubleshooting retention concerns.
- Experience with infills, removals, aftercare and client education.
- Impeccable hygiene, sanitation and treatment-room standards.
- Confident, warm consultation and communication skills.
- A polished portfolio showing consistent, close-up lash work.
- A strong commitment to client safety, natural lash health and ongoing professional development.
