Casual Lawn & Garden Maintenance Crew — Toowoomba

TopLawn Mowing & Garden | $23.00–$35.35/hr + 12% super | 5 days/week | No experience necessary

TopLawn is growing, and we're looking for a reliable, enthusiastic person to join our lawn and garden maintenance crew. You'll be working alongside our existing crew on residential and commercial properties across Toowoomba and surrounds.

⏰ Casual position with regular ongoing work available — we currently have around 5 days per week on offer, and we're happy to talk to applicants who can do a minimum of 3. Days and hours vary with workload and weather. Typical start is between 7:00–8:00 AM. There is occasional Saturday work, which is offered rather than rostered.

? No experience? That's fine — we'll train you. What we can't train is honesty and reliability, and those matter more to us than anything else on this list. We work in people's homes and on their property, often unsupervised. We need someone who turns up when they say they will, does the job properly when nobody's watching, and tells us straight when something goes wrong.

? What you'll be doing

- Mowing, edging and general lawn maintenance
- Pruning, hedging, planting and weed control
- Safely operating power tools and machinery
- Looking after our customers on site
- Recording job notes and times in TopLawn's software

Essential:

- Reliable transport to get yourself to work on time — you don't need a licence to do this job, but you do need to be able to get here
- Physically able to perform the work described above
- Right to work in Australia
- Two contactable work or character references

Desirable (not essential):

- Previous lawn, garden, landscaping or outdoor labour experience
- Driver's licence (manual or auto, P's or Open)
- Experience towing trailers
- A current blue card, or willingness to obtain one
