Virtue Family & Property Lawyers is a registered law firm based in the Brisbane CBD, focusing on property and family law. We are backed by an established migration and professional services business with a long-standing presence in the industry and a strong referral network.

We are seeking a Solicitor to join our team with an immediate start available.

Key responsibilities

- Running matters autonomously from initial instructions through to completion
- Advising clients across property, family and general legal matters
- Reviewing and advising on contracts, documentation and due diligence
- Liaising with clients, real estate agents, brokers and financial institutions
- Maintaining accurate file management and compliance processes
- Building relationships with clients and referral partners

About you

- Admitted as a Solicitor with a current practising certificate in Queensland
- Ability to manage files independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills




- Strong organisational and file management skills
- A genuine interest in building a client base and growing with the firm

Preferred / desirable

- Experience in Queensland property law / conveyancing
- Experience with Family Law matters
- Experience using LEAP legal software
- Working knowledge of the PEXA electronic settlement platform
