As the Toddler Room Lead Educator, you’ll lead your room with confidence, create a warm and engaging environment, and support your team to deliver exceptional early learning experiences for children aged under three. You’ll play an important role in creating a space where toddlers feel safe, supported and encouraged to explore, develop and discover.

As a Lead Educator you will:

Lead with Excellence: Champion high-quality practice through our Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum, guiding your team to deliver meaningful learning experiences for toddlers.

Build Connections: Form strong, lasting relationships with children, families and your fellow educators, becoming a trusted leader in their early learning journey.

Celebrate Milestones: Share in – and help shape – each child’s growth, development and achievements during their important toddler years.

Foster Wonder: Create a safe, nurturing and inspiring space where creativity, curiosity and discovery can flourish.

Skills & experience:

- ACECQA-approved qualification (Diploma or higher)
- Passion for working with children under 3 years old
- Experience working in a Toddler Room is highly regarded
- Strong commitment to child safety and wellbeing
- Current First Aid,



Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
- Working with Children Check, Mandatory Reporting & National Child Safety Training completion

- Australian working rights
