The Role

Lead Educator

As a Lead Educator, you will provide leadership and support to your team while fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for children. You will create purposeful learning spaces and experiences that encourage exploration, creativity, and development. By recognising and advocating for the rights of every child and valuing childhood as a unique and important stage of life, you will help children thrive.

Working collaboratively with families as children's first and most influential teachers, you will build strong partnerships and ensure high-quality educational practices are embedded throughout the service in line with national early childhood frameworks and standards.

About You

- Lead Educator – Diploma or working towards
- Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates.
- Paid working with children check (Blue Card).




- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks/workload.
- Ability to demonstrate innovative and creative thinking.
- Enthusiastic, positive, fun and outgoing attitude.
- Approachable and friendly with a demonstrated passion for early education.
- An understanding of EYLF.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build strong relationships.
