Lead, Integration & Engagement
- 12-Month Contract
- Location: Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane
Are you passionate about leading change that makes a real difference for our people and customers? We're looking for a highly experienced change professional to join the Home Claims Customer team as a Lead, Integration & Engagement. In this 12-month contract, you'll play a critical role in designing, delivering and embedding complex organisational change initiatives across business, regulatory, operational, transformation and AI-enabled programs. This is an exciting opportunity to influence enterprise-wide outcomes while helping shape the future of how we work.
More specifically, you will:
As Lead, Integration & Engagement, you'll partner with leaders and stakeholders across Home Claims Customer to ensure change is successfully integrated, adopted and sustained.
Lead transformational change
- Lead end-to-end change planning and delivery across complex initiatives, including business, regulatory, operational, transformation and AI-enabled change.
- Assess change impacts, readiness, risks, stakeholder needs and adoption barriers across people, process, technology and customer outcomes.
- Connect related initiatives and dependencies to create a cohesive employee, stakeholder and customer experience.
Enable AI adoption and new ways of working
- Translate business and transformation priorities into practical change, readiness and adoption strategies.
- Build workforce understanding, capability and confidence to embrace new tools, processes and ways of working.
- Ensure AI-enabled initiatives are supported by responsible AI principles, including privacy, data security, transparency, risk management and appropriate human oversight.
Influence and engage stakeholders
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, sponsors, program teams and subject matter experts.
- Influence without direct authority to align priorities, navigate ambiguity and support decision-making.
- Translate complex business and technology information into clear, actionable messaging and change interventions.
Integrate, embed and measure outcomes
- Design and deliver targeted communications, engagement, learning and coaching activities.
- Establish measures of readiness, adoption, engagement and benefits realisation.
- Use data, feedback and insights to continuously improve change outcomes and employee experiences.
What you'll bring To succeed in this role, you'll have:
- PROSCI Change Management Certification (or equivalent).
- Significant experience leading organisational change across complex business, operational, regulatory or transformation initiatives.
- Strong capability in change impact assessments, readiness planning, stakeholder engagement, adoption strategies and benefits realisation.
- Experience influencing senior leaders and working across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for different audiences.
- Demonstrated success managing ambiguity, competing priorities and large-scale change environments.
Ideally, you'll also have
- Experience supporting technology, digital, regulatory or AI-enabled change initiatives.
- Exposure to Financial Services and/or Insurance environments.
- Experience partnering with learning, communications, risk, legal, compliance or governance teams.
- Experience coaching leaders to effectively sponsor and embed change.
