LEAD GENERATOR - BDS MECHANICAL REPAIRS AUS

We’re looking for a motivated and confident Lead Generator to join our team on a full-time basis, based in Toowoomba. This role is ideal for someone who is a great communicator, confident on the phone, comfortable working with computers and databases, and has the drive to identify new business opportunities.

You’ll be responsible for contacting both new and existing customers across all regions of BDS Mechanical Repairs Aus, generating quality leads and helping our teams identify opportunities for future work. This is a key role in supporting the continued growth of the business.

With a fleet of more than 160 mobile service units, we deliver dependable in office and workshop solutions across an extensive service network covering more than 600,000 km².

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Generate new business opportunities across all regions of BDS Mechanical Repairs Aus
- Make outbound cold calls to potential new customers and businesses
- Contact existing and previous customers to identify new opportunities and generate leads
- Work through our customer database to follow up new, current and previous clients
- Identify potential work opportunities and pass quality leads through to the relevant teams




- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information within our database
- Assist in developing new opportunities across our automotive, heavy transport, mining and field service operations

REQUIREMENTS:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Comfortable making cold and outbound calls
- Strong computer skills and ability to work with databases and CRM systems
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Motivated, persistent and confident in following up leads
- Ability to identify opportunities
- Experience in lead generation, sales, customer service or business development is highly regarded
