Supporting a high-performing brokerage team, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence, coordinating marketing and administration activities, and ensuring the smooth delivery of leasing and sales campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating marketing campaigns, property listings, submissions and information memorandums

Managing deal and property data across a range of systems including Salesforce, Deal Tracker and Market IQ

Preparing lease and sales documentation, tenancy schedules, WALE reports and cashflow analysis

Supporting agents with client management, database administration and enquiry tracking

Assisting with presentations, auctions, conferences and broader team initiatives while maintaining a high standard of administrative support

About You

You are an organised and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting a collaborative team.

You will ideally bring:

Previous experience in an administrative, team support or coordination role, preferably within commercial real estate

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence engaging with a broad range of stakeholders

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly across Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook A proactive, self-motivated approach and strong attention to detail
