What You'll Be Doing

Working independently within an established business model, you'll:

- Connect with people exploring personal and professional development
- Conduct structured phone and Zoom conversations
- Share information about our online programs and events
- Follow an established enquiry and follow-up process
- Use digital tools to manage your day-to-day activity
- Participate in ongoing training, mentoring and personal development

Who This May Suit You may come from leadership, healthcare, learning & development, HR, education, consulting, client services or another professional background.

More important is that you:

- Have established skilled and life experience




- Communicate confidently and genuinely with people
- Are self-directed and comfortable working independently
- Can commit approximately 10–15 hours per week
- Have a genuine interest in personal and leadership development
- Are open to learning, growth and doing things differently
- Are looking for greater purpose and autonomy rather than simply another traditional role

Independent Working Arrangement

This is a self-employed independent contractor opportunity, rather than a salaried employment position.

Compensation is performance-based, so rather than being tied to a fixed salary, your results reflect your individual activity and outcomes. Earnings vary from person to person and no level of income is guaranteed.
