As a Leasing Consultant, you will be an integral part of our expanding team, ensuring our unique approach is reflected in every aspect of the role.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to rental inquiries via email and phone
- Organise and conduct open home inspections, including on weekends
- Prepare properties for website advertising
- Process tenant applications
- Negotiate lease terms after processing tenant applications
- Analyse current market conditions
- Perform various administrative duties as needed

- A reliable car and a current driver’s licence
- Proficiency with computers and Google Suite
- Experience in customer service
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work independently and maintain trustworthiness
- Professional presentation and conduct
- Current real estate registration or license is preferred
