��️ Project: $15M Industrial Refurbishment

We’re seeking a quality-focused Leading Hand to join a robust and supportive site team as this $15M industrial refurbishment moves into the fit out, finishes and defects stage.

You’ll work closely with the Site Manager, Foreman and on-site CA, taking ownership of coordinating trades and subcontractors and helping drive the project through to completion.

This is an immediate-start 16-week contract role through to Christmas, suited to an experienced Leading Hand or senior tradesperson who takes pride in quality, has strong communication skills and can confidently manage trades on site.

Being local to the Illawarra region will be a strong advantage.

What we’re looking for:





- Proven experience as a Leading Hand or senior tradesperson
- Strong experience managing subcontractors and trades
- Telehandler and Forklift tickets – essential
- White Card
- Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and a strong focus on quality
- Procore experience – a huge bonus
- Local to the Illawarra region – highly regarded
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive site team
