ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Leading Hand Electrician who is ready to take ownership of projects, lead a small team and play an important role in the day-to-day operation of the business.

This is a senior, hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys being on the tools while also coordinating jobs, communicating with clients and builders, and supporting apprentices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and supervise a small team of electricians and apprentices
- Plan and coordinate electrical work across multiple jobs
- Communicate professionally with clients, builders and other trades
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Read plans, identify issues and make practical on-site decisions
- Manage materials, job progress and day-to-day site requirements
- Train and support apprentices and junior team members




- Maintain accurate job records and communicate progress with management

ABOUT YOU

- Current NSW electrical licence
- Strong residential and commercial electrical experience
- Previous leadership, supervisory or job-management experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident dealing directly with clients and builders
- Reliable, self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- A practical, solutions-focused approach
- Current Australian driver licence
