The Opportunity

Join TCorp's People & Business Services team for a max term contract as our Learning and Development (L&D;) Specialist, where you'll play a key role in shaping capability, leadership development and employee experience across the organisation.

This role is suited to an experienced L&D; professional who enjoys balancing strategic capability initiatives with hands on program delivery. This is a unique opportunity to influence learning and capability outcomes across one of Australia's leading public sector financial institutions. You'll work closely with leaders, subject matter experts, executive coaches and external learning providers to deliver impactful development initiatives that support business performance and employee growth.

You'll also play a critical role in managing TCorp's Learning Management System (LMS) (SuccessFactors), leveraging data and insights to drive improvements, and exploring digital and AI-enabled solutions that enhance learning outcomes.

This is a 12-to-15-month parental leave cover maximum-term employment opportunity to commence in late October 2026.

About the Role

Reporting to the Acting General Manager, People and Business Services, you will balance strategic capability initiatives with hands-on program delivery and learning operations. Key responsibilities include:

- Design, coordinate and evaluate learning and capability initiatives that support business priorities and employee development.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of learning programs, including scheduling, communications, enrolments, administration and learner support.




- Maintain TCorp's learning calendar and support delivery against agreed priorities and budgets.
- Coordinate and support wellbeing initiatives through TCorp's Thrive program.
- Administer and continuously improve TCorp’s LMS, ensuring accurate records, reporting and user experience.
- Monitor mandatory training compliance and provide reporting, insights and recommendations to support decision making and continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with learning providers, facilitators and executive coaches, ensuring quality outcomes and value for money.
- Identify opportunities to improve learning programs, systems and processes through digital and AI-enabled solutions.

About You You are an experienced L&D; professional who enjoys creating meaningful learning experiences and building strong relationships across an organisation. You combine excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills with strong systems capability, data analysis skills and a passion for continuous improvement. The successful candidate will have:

- Minimum five years' experience in L&D;, HR, capability development or a related discipline.




- Demonstrated experience coordinating and delivering organisational learning programs.
- Strong LMS experience (SuccessFactors Learning required).
- Experience managing learning data, compliance reporting and program evaluation.
- Experience managing external learning providers, facilitators and / or executive coaching programs.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
- Solid planning, organisation and project coordination capabilities.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft 365 capability and confidence using digital and AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and learning outcomes.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
