Join our Team as a member of the Learning Support Staff for our Middle and Senior School (YR5 - YR 12) for the 2027 school year.

At All Saints Anglican School, we are seeking motivated and dedicated Learning Support Staff (LSS’s) to join our Learning Support Team. As an LSS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that students with unique learning abilities reach their full potential in all aspects of school life.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Learning Support Coordinator to provide essential support and assistance to students with additional needs.

Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement specialised Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) for students within the classroom.

Demonstrate flexibility and initiative in responding to a variety of day-to-day needs within the dynamic working environment.

Tailor strategies and support to address the individual needs of each student, under the guidance of the Learning Support Coordinator.





Encourage students to take ownership of their own education and foster a sense of responsibility towards their learning.

Qualifications and Attributes:

· A passion for working with students with diverse learning needs.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with a range of students and teaching staff.

· Ability to adapt and be flexible in approach, ensuring that support strategies are tailored to meet individual student requirements.

· A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to be an active participant within a dynamic team workplace.
