- Salary: $68,000 package ($60,700+ super)

- Hybrid working arrangement (2 days WFH after a 6-month probation period)

An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated Legal Administrator to join a well-established Australian law firm with a national presence and a strong reputation within the personal injury and Workers Compensation space. The firm is a growing, mid-tier practice with a collaborative and supportive culture. With a sizeable team across multiple offices, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their career within the legal industry and gain valuable experience working alongside experienced lawyers and legal professionals.

You’ll be joining a supportive team where you’ll receive training and guidance while developing your understanding of legal administration and Workers Compensation matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the legal team and Senior Legal Secretaries.




- Assist with opening, maintaining and updating client files and records.
- Prepare, format and process correspondence and legal documentation.
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls and general enquiries.
- Assist with data entry, document management, scanning and filing.
- Liaise with clients and external stakeholders in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist with coordinating appointments, meetings and other administrative requirements.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the legal team runs efficiently.

Essential Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a legal environment OR relevant administration experience within a medical/healthcare setting.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within the legal industry.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work effectively as part of a team.
