The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Assistant to work in our Perth Insurance Law practice. Supporting a busy team you will display a willingness to learn and have experience in either litigation or insurance from within a fast-paced law practice group. You will be regarded as an integral member who will provide superior administrative support and a variety of ad-hoc duties.

Responsibilities will include the following:

- Extensive diary management;
- Scheduling appointments;
- Organisation of domestic and international travel;
- Preparation and reconciliation of expenses;
- Client liaison and management;
- Preparing legal documents;
- Opening and closing of files;
- Organising events & functions;
- Billing;
- Dictation;
- File management; and
- PA duties as required





Who We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will have Legal/Personal Assistant experience with excellent communication and diary management skills, with a client service focus. You will be proficient in MS Word and formatting, and have the ability to prioritise tasks, display initiative, and have exceptional attention to detail. A professional outlook, backed by a great sense of humour would see you fit in well with the team.
