We are seeking an experienced and motivated Legal Secretary to join our busy and supportive law practice. This role is providing secretarial support across a range of practice areas.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, has exceptional attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced professional environment.

About the Role

As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

- Audio and digital dictation typing
- Preparation and formatting of legal correspondence and documents
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, emails and documents
- Assisting solicitors and support staff across multiple practice areas
- Data entry and maintaining accurate client records
- Other secretarial and administrative duties as required

About You To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Previous experience as a legal secretary or in a similar professional office environment
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills




- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to assist others
