About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Level 2 Desktop Support Technician in Tuggerah or Erina. In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing ad hoc technical support and resolving complex issues for our valued customers.

This role will suit candidates with ad hoc availability.

What you'll be doing

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Completing scheduled Health checks
- Provide remote and on-site support to users, including setting up new equipment and training on software applications
- Maintain and update IT systems, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT specialists and work collaboratively to find solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all support activities
- Assist with the implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance the user experience

What we're looking for

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a desktop support or IT helpdesk role




- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a passion for technology
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Office 365, and common business software applications
- Knowledge of networking, hardware, and software installation and configuration
- Certification in CompTIA A+ or equivalent IT support qualifications is desirable
