About the role

Ideal Electrics is seeking an experienced, licensed electrician to join the team working on specialised Western Power metering installations across the Perth metro area. You will be based on the road, travelling between sites to carry out metering installations, with minimal ladder work and in a safe, well-managed environment.

Key responsibilities

- Carry out metering and service connection work on construction sites across the Perth metro region
- Travel between sites to perform Western Power metering installations
- Work independently and manage your own workload

About you

- Current WA electrical licence
- Authorised Electrical Worker status under Western Power's SACS scheme (CCS accreditation highly regarded, or willingness to work towards it)
- Sound knowledge of Western Power's metering and service connection requirements
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Current White Card (Construction Induction)




- A safety-first mindset and robust communication skills
