From our Kent Town showroom, we work with homeowners, architects, interior designers, landscapers, builders and electricians to create thoughtful lighting solutions for beautiful homes, gardens and commercial spaces.

We're looking for a Lighting Design & Showroom Consultant to join our growing team.

You don't necessarily need to be a lighting expert from day one. We're looking for someone with a strong eye for design, confidence with people, great attention to detail and a genuine desire to learn. Experience in lighting, interiors, architecture, electrical, building or design-focused sales would be highly regarded.

The Role

This is much more than a traditional showroom sales position. You'll help clients take their projects from ideas and plans through to a complete lighting solution — combining design, product selection, quoting and project coordination.

Your day might include

- Welcoming clients into our showroom and helping bring their projects to life
- Working through architectural plans and discussing lighting ideas
- Selecting and specifying architectural, decorative and landscape lighting
- Preparing detailed quotes and product specifications
- Working with architects, interior designers, builders, landscapers and electricians
- Managing client communication by phone and email
- Helping clients navigate design decisions, budgets and technical requirements
- Taking increasing ownership of projects as your knowledge grows
- Contributing to a showroom and client experience we're genuinely proud of





We'd Love to Meet Someone Who

- Loves interiors, architecture, lighting and good design
- Is warm, confident and genuinely enjoys working with people
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Is organised and comfortable managing multiple projects
- Can communicate professionally with both homeowners and industry professionals
- Is confident with computers and learning new systems
- Enjoys taking responsibility and following things through
- Wants to learn, improve and become genuinely great at what they do

Experience reading architectural plans or producing detailed quotes would be a big advantage. Most importantly, we're looking for the right person. Lighting knowledge can be taught; curiosity, initiative, attention to detail and the ability to connect with people are much harder to teach.
