University of Tasmania in Hobart, Australia seeks a PhD Student to work on Antarctic Bottom Water variability and change. The project combines historical observations with novel ocean observing technology to study deep overturning circulation and AABW formation in the Southern Ocean.

The successful candidate will contribute to data analysis and interpretation, using Deep Argo and MISO data, under supervision from Ocean Sciences faculty, with full time, graduate-level expectations expected.
