Candidates can come from Head Contractor or Client/Consultancy Side but ideally will have some client/consultancy side experience.
Our client is a leading boutique project management consultancy with an established pipeline across tertiary education/student accommodation projects from smaller up to $60m+. They are now looking for an experiencedProject Manager orSenior Project Manager to join their successful team in Sydney.
The candidate can come from a head contractor, or a client side/consultancy background however ideally will have some client side/consultancy experience. Excellent progression opportunities available and interesting work load.
Ideally candidates will have experience on education/student accommodation projects however other sectors experience is also fine.
Years of experience:
3 - 7 years +
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Scope development
- Managing regulatory approvals
- Design co-ordination
- Stakeholder management and liaison
- Health and safety
- Program management
- Contract administration
- Construction management of project delivery
- Management of site variations and design changes
- Cost management
- Business Development

Qualifications and Requirements:





- Degree qualification in Building, Construction Management, Project Management or similar
- A minimum of 3-7 + years’ experience in a client-side PM role, head contractor experience would also be ideal
- Proven end to end project management skills from concept through to completion
- Contract Administration experience
- Exposure to program management, managing timelines and critical paths
- Experience of end-to-end project management on a variety of building projects would be an advantage
- Experience of running multiple smaller projects or larger projects
