PTC Phone Tech & Comm is seeking an experienced HR Lead to shape the people strategy across 80+ stores and 350+ staff nationwide. You will partner with senior leaders, drive performance and succession, and champion AI-driven HR initiatives while ensuring robust ER/IR compliance.

You will lead a hands-on HR function from Head Office and spend time with store leaders to understand frontline needs, building capability and delivering measurable impact.
