About the Role

n

As Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in leading a team of approximately 5-7 and driving performance across sales, service, people and operations.

n

This is a highly customer-facing role, so we are looking for someone energetic, confident and comfortable leading from the floor.

n

You will:

- Drive sales and KPI performance across the store
n
- Coach and motivate the team to deliver strong customer experiences
n
- Lead by example on the sales floor
n
- Support rostering, stock, VM and day-to-day operations
n
- Help build confidence and capability across the team
n
- Maintain solid visual and operational standards
n
- Support customers across a broad demographic
n
- Take ownership when the Store Manager is not present
n

What You'll Bring

n

We are looking for someone with strong leadership potential, great energy and confidence around sales and KPIs.

n

You could come from retail, or potentially hospitality if you have led teams in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.

You will ideally bring:

- Previous leadership experience in retail, hospitality or customer service
n
- Confidence coaching a team and driving performanceStrong understanding of KPIs and sales targets
n
- High energy and a naturally engaging leadership style
n
- A genuine focus on customer service
n
- Empathy and patience when working with a broad customer base, including families and older customers
n
- The ability to balance pace, service and operational priorities

- A desire to grow your career within a larger retail business
