Job Description

NSW Department of Communities and Justice seeks a Senior Tradesperson to lead laundry, cleaning, horticulture and parks & gardens operations at Parklea Correctional Centre. You will supervise Overseers and mentor inmates to develop practical, work-ready skills while ensuring daily operations run safely and in compliance.

Role requires a Certificate III trade qualification, a current driver licence, and a robust commitment to coaching and developing people within a correctional setting.
