What will you be doing?

- Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial, domestic and strata clients
- Build strong relationships with clients, insurers and referral partners
- Provide professional insurance advice and deliver exceptional client outcomes




- Support complex commercial placements and client strategies
- Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities
- Develop and grow your own referral network
- Leverage existing referral opportunities while creating current ones
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the brokerage

What do you need?

- Tier 1 or Diploma in Insurance Broking – essential
- Minimum 3 years' experience in General Insurance Broking
- Strong commercial insurance broking experience
- Demonstrated ability to identify and develop current business opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team
- Experience with CBS, Sunrise and insurer platforms highly regarded
- Commercial mindset with the ambition to build and grow a portfolio
