About the Role:This day shift role runs from 7:30am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday, with breaks at 10:00am and 12:30pm. As an LO Driver, you will play an important role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of order pickers, accurate order fulfilment, and smooth daily warehouse operations. This position suits motivated and reliable individuals with proven LO experience who enjoy working in a rapid-paced, team-focused environment.

Performance & Progression:Our warehouse team operates under a performance-based progression structure, where pick performance contributes to advancement through levels within the warehouse team.

Daily pick averages generally align with the following benchmarks:

Day Shift

- Level 1: Entrant: 130-170
- Level 2: 171-209
- Level 3: 210+
- Casual: 161+

Employee rates and progression are reviewed annually based on performance. High performers may also have opportunities to progress into senior operator or team leader roles.

Key Responsibilities:





- Safely operate LO order picker in a high-volume warehouse environment
- Pick and stage orders accurately using LO equipment
- Assist with efficient loading and unloading of trucks
- Maintain stock accuracy and support inventory control processes
- Undertake manual handling tasks (up to 20kg)
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised workspace
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet targets and deadlines

Skills and Experience

- Current LO (Order Picker) licence essential
- Proven experience operating order pickers in a warehouse environment
- RF scanning experience highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy warehouse setting
- Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and good communication skills
- Must have full Australian working rights
