About the role
CR Plus (formerly Concrete Recyclers) have an opportunity for an experienced Loader Operator to join our team at our Minto Recycling Facility as we continue to deliver qualified services to our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Operating a front-end loader to load out trucks with road base, aggregate and sand to the correct spec and tonnage
- Building, managing and maintaining stockpiles
- Carrying out pre-start and daily equipment checks, reporting any faults or defects
- General yard and housekeeping duties
- Working safely around trucks and other mobile plant at all times

About you
- Hold a current front-end loader ticket and proven loader operating experience
- At least two years operating large loaders (980's or similar)
- Possess a building industry White Card
- Possess a current driver's licence
- Have quarry or recycling plant/yard experience (desirable)
- Are reliable and show up on time
- Maintain a strong work ethic
- Are enthusiastic with a "can do" attitude
- Are physically fit
- Are aware and conscious of Work Health and Safety requirements
