Job Summary

Position : Project Coordinator

Location: Sydney

Job Type: 6 Months Contract Role

Essential Functions of The Job

We are looking for Project Coordinator for a contract of 6 months contract role based out of Sydney.

Qualifications Basic

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required from an accredited institution.

Skills and Responsibilities

Role:

- Support in onboarding and offboarding of resource from client perspective and also support internally if required

- Billing

- Tracking billing for payment

- Timesheet correction

- Financial Reporting

- Maintaining proposals, leaves, SOW, policy documents, etc.

- Admin support:





- Managing Team events

- Team Meetings coordination

- Renewal of membership for RMA, AFR, etc.

- Travel desk calendar, hotel booking, flight booking and cab booking

- Create Deal Pricing and working with FP&A; for pricing approvals

- SOW creation and work with client PMO/ Procurement and Genpact internal legal team to get SOW signed

- SFDC Chance creation with Account teams

- Completing - Project Health Dashboards, Data Privacy questionnaire
